Haunting murmurs leading to deception The moon unveiling its curtain for night’s resurrection Roses wither as numerous thorns remain – Lingering Witnessing Any limit to the experience that gardens contain? “Screaming causes demise, The ferryman shows no mercy, Short-lived bearer of a curse” “Callous essence is what clasped your hand, Yearning an eternity for a purpose, Don’t blink – or the nightmares will unsheathe their worst” Earth’s banshee mourning the dammed Water’s siren deceiving the weak-willed Wind’s harpy scorning the sinned Fire’s phoenix bemoaning the self-inflicted demise “Life is inherited by pessimists” “Weeping angels lament none but the fallen” Hallowed halls lack the illuminated heresy Diverting glances from your own reflection’s ray How can you con one’s mind to such gullibility – Redeeming? Believing?
