I know when I live a dream, Whenever we're in those holy beams, When we talk in midnight air Because we are alone there, In that sleepy world of promise. Where my deepest wish has come true, Where I can forever be with you, Just so we can listen and lay On the grass where we forever stay, Based on the faintest premise. I hear the music of your voice, And in it I rejoice, Then I weave my own web of mind And you won't leave me behind, While I watch your eyes in the sunrise. Then the sun is finally arisen, About to interrupt our whispy heaven, Then I give you one last embrace As I slowly trace out your soft face, Hoping maybe it was true.
