This is a little ditty I penned recently.
So feedback would be apprecated
For though there be many paths that lead,
To cheer, hearth and fire, food and mead,
There is but a single, unerring one,
That leads west of the moon and east of the sun,
For though you rest but a single day,
Your heart pines, telling you not to stay,
To tread the roads has become your call,
From darkling dell to mighty fall,
And though you can seldom have a bed,
And nought but heather to rest your head,
The roads embrace is like a healing balm,
For healing weary legs and arms,
And keeps the mind as clear as day,
And makes your disposition gay,
E’en in the dark of night I tread,
I fear not evil, I feel no dread,
For the Road will every be my friend,
And even at my journey’s end,
The road goes on, o’er hill and fen,
And traverses through undiscovered glens,
So take this advice, My friend, I pray,
And start your journey on the Road today...
And yes, it is going on the Directory
