As mountains fall and valleys ries
And demons march the blood-stained skies,
Will you be there to wait for me
Beneath our earthly crooked tree?

As screaming banshees haunt the night
And chasms open in the ground -
As satan's army circles 'round?
Will you be there, that you and I
In faith and love can dare defy
The tempting offers they will bring,
Embracing at the end of things?
