The last ship of Ganderel.
My love, my love has gone away to sea,
in a boat lined with silver and gold,
as tears slide down my face.
I remember the day we cast down our foes,
as lovers,
side by side.
She could do what I could not,
but a fatal stab to the heart could do what the rest could not.
I could not save her, my love,
and I am eternally riddled with guilt,
I watch as she rides away, in the boat of misery.
I remember her last words.
My love...”
she whispered to me,
cradled in my blood-soaked arms.
Oh, the last ship of Ganderel,
so seared into my mind,
I shall never forget my love,
the tears now pouring down to the ground,
I watch the boat,
lined with silver and gold.
My love,
my Ganderel,
sailing away from me.
Oh, my mourning shall never cease,
carried away,
carried away,
on the last ship of Ganderel.
waddayall think?

Wow! That's excellent! I love the vivid images the poem paints. The poem is so sad, but so well written. Great job!
