A thorn pierced my side and brought me down,
My blood running out onto the ground.
My trouble slashed my soul and told me lies,
I'm not worthy of this prize.
The throns pierced his brow and crowned him king,
The rightfull Lord of everything.
A spear pierced his side and left the mark,
His blood poured out on the ark.
What more can I as mortal man,
Expect to hold in my hand?
Yet only to follow him in all His ways,
And be with Him till the end of days.

Thnx. Just so you know the significants of "my" blood being poured out ont he ground is because in the Old testament that was a sign of an inadequet sacrifice... But the blood of Jesus when he died actualy went through an earthquack crack and fell ont he ark of the covonent (the most holly alter) that had been placed there 500 years earlyer by revelation....wasn't sure if you knew that so I thought I woudl clear that up for anyone who might be wondering
