Post subject:  My New Poem *BRAND NEW BRAND NEW one posted*
I see them walking on and on,
Onto the Mountain they stumble upon,
Tears flow from their burning eyes,
It seems forever since they saw the sun rise.

Their feet stumble on the earth below,
Never in their lives have they felt so low,
But this is there quest to destroy the ring,
If they fail there will be no more spring.

They finally reach the journey’s end,
But will he destroy it and heed his friend?
Will he keep it for his own?
And face the rest of his years alone?

The Eagle are coming, the Eagles are coming,
The Gondorian music is now drumming,
People now bow to hero’s so small,
Yet in their hearts they are unbelievably tall.

They finally reach their home, the Shire
The pleasant countryside and rivers they admire,
But for some this home is not the same,
On the perilous quest they must blame,

There are some hurts that go too deep,
And some memories that make him weep,
Should he stay and mourn the past?
Time is ticking, it is going too fast.

Soon he decides that he must leave,
What has passed he must no more grieve.
He will take the ships into the west,
To find a land where he can rest,
To wipe from his memory that perilous quest.

its not much but at least i tried, writing about LOTR's is quite difficult. never mind.

Well here's another. Its called "Sam's grief" This a poem from Sam's point of view about Frodo:

I miss you, miss you so bad
You were wonderful before, oh it's so sad
I hope you can hear me
I remember it clearly

Slowly, you started to slip away
Yes slowly I found this each and every day

I kept trying to warn you
But you wouldn’t listen to what was said
Before that Ring took you,
Oh Mr Frodo, your as good as dead

I keep asking why I can't take it
Looking into nothingness where you now sit
Because you won’t let me
Nothing but darkness is what you will see

But your gone, yes your gone
My breast your weak head falls upon
Will I be able to bring you back?
But your gone, yes your gone
Mr Frodo, I can’t bring you back.

thanks everyone, well i'm working on another at the moment... its called Let him... oh wait i think i already finished it, let me check............................................................................................... here you go! lol.

Let the crownless again be king
Let his people be joyful and sing
Let him rise up above all the rest
Let him show you what he can do best,
Let him fight for what he loves at last
Let him throw away the ranger from the past
Let him become what he was born to be
Let him reclaim the throne and set the people free
Let him know that I have made my choice,
But until he succeeds I cannot rejoice,
Let him know I’ve chose a mortal life,
Let him know I will soon become his wife,
But also let him know he cannot fail,
For the ships of the Valar have already set sail,
There is no ship now that can bare my wound,
For the Eldar has left me, left me so soon.

well heres one i wrote yesterday, its quite funny, but just tell me if sounds a bit... confusing or hard to follow because I didn't put much effort into it, but when i read it back to myself i thought it sounded good: its called "Damn your...."

Damn your good enough to eat,
