This is a poem about a girl who has AIDS hope you like it. I wrote it in the wee hours of the morning.
Sickness
She was flying high
With nothing to hold her back
Daring to break away from expectations
And pulling towards her dreams
She wanted to be a princess
A mermaid
A mother
But even the simplest she could not be
She had always thought it could help her
Now it was making her sick
No longer able tosee her beloved cities
With the smog
Ang its fog
And the sick
No longer able to do normal things
She left these to two others
And with one final call
She had realized
Her one last dream come true
She was a mother
But to no avail
We are all set to end
And now her time had come .
