This stareted out as a diff. poem that I wrote about 2 weeks ago. I just now found it, & wrote this jsut now. I'm not really sure why....it's not about anybody in partciular......just something I wish I could have; a dream. Anyway, here it is. Comments & Criticism are welcome!!!


In His Arms


I look up,
into his eyes.
Like deep pools
of blue.
He takes my hand,
and holds it tight.
I know that
now,
I am safe.
Fear
is but a vague
memory,
When his hand
touches mine.
All my worries
and fears
are cast
Away.
For I know
that I am safe
In His Arms.
Slowly,
he brings his hand,
to my face.
Carefully,
he brushes away
the tears.
Gently,
he puts his arms
around me.
Everything
that I ever
wanted,
Lies here,
In His Arms.
I open my mouth;
I want to tell him
of my
Love.
I want to
confess
to him
my feelings.
But he puts a finger
to my lips,
and shakes his head.
Slowly,
he leans
forward.
Quietly,
he whispers
in my ear.
Little
by little,
his smile
Spreads
to my lips.
Tenderly,
he leans
forward.
Eventually,
our lips
touch.
Passionately,
he kisses me,
and I,
Kiss back.
And I am safe.

lol I have to admit it honestly surprises me that neither of you have ever had a boyfriend. That is a rare thing now days it seems.
I personaly have never had a girlfriend. I figure God will show me when I am ready for it. Most of my stuff though I get from what I see on TV lol since I don't read much books.

I know Pip, it's almost scary how similar we are sometimes.

I know exactly what you mean, and I have the same theory. God will show me when it's time. And I want someone more like me, which I haven't seen yet at my school. I don't know anyone that I would really want to date, as you said, Pip.
