Rivendale does look pretty, dontcha think darling Darrell? *ducks and hides*

*thinks how lucky Eä is that she has hidden* It's not a matter of whether it is pretty or not, it has to be correct!
:explode:

*Chains the purist in him to the chair* But yes, it is pretty. Sort of. Still prefer Rivendell. :P

That was not an honourable comment. One mistake and you have ahuge overreaction. Ihave seen it spelt accidentaly by others. If life was always correct, it would be twice as dull mate.

Ok, ok. I consider myself severely chastised. The comment was out of place, but everyone makes mistakes occasionally. (And yes, the initial spelling counts as one of those mistakes, though spelling mistakes can be ironed out by proofreading.)

*hides in a hole to avoid anyone else coming to tell him he was idiotic and unfair*

Actually you shocked me Darrell... I never thought you had it in you... the anger.. I've always seen you as the perfect English gentleman *shudder*
Anyway, I want things to be spelled out correctly as well, though I admit accents can be tough sometimes.

Drew's Destiny, as you read through the books, you're more than welcome to share your thoughts as well. Perhaps you can add to the discussion here

EDIT: And now you're having the discourtesy of posting right before me... I'm beginning to doubt you're even a real Brit... *smiles*
Don't worry darling Darrell, just kidding *pats*

Drew's Destiny, as you read through the books, you're more than welcome to share your thoughts here as well. Especially when you get to the Council of Elrond chapter. Perhaps you can add to the discussion here

*Is now thoroughly disgraced and ashamed*

Normally, I am an English gentleman, but every English gentleman has something which can annoy them. For me it is mostly incorrect spelling, especially Tolkien related. (There is something else, but i won't go inot it because it is forbidden :P)

Edit: I am a real Brit. Honest...

I don't know if anyone said this already, but I'm pretty sure they knew each other. Aragorn and Legolas will have met when Gandalf and Aragorn went to Mirkwood with Gollum, and possibly other times as well. And (at least in the movie, again, I don't recall about the books) at the council of Elrond, Legolas says to Boromir "He is Aragorn, son of Arathorn, heir to the throne of Gondor. You owe him your alliance.", something he couldn't have said if he didn't know Aragorn.
