Fëanor's not nice at all. He's a faica faica Elda.
But for some reason I like him anyway.
I guess it's because at the root of all the evil evil things he does he just misses his mommy and daddy. He's sort of child-like in a way. He hates his step mother and half-brothers because he doesn't want his father to replace his mother and he's afraid of being replaced himself. That's how little kids act when their parents get remarried. Idk, I just think he's kind of sweet in a really messed up murderous kind of way.

And he didn't even get to see his mommy again when he died! She left Mandos after Finwë died. So he's gonna show up thinking that at least he can see his mother again only to find out that she's just left! Hasn't the poor little psychopathic killer had his heart broken enough already? Mandos knew he was coming. He could have told Míriel to wait just a little longer.
