Definately Galadriel, since this is by the books.
She is, really, a noble and royal elf maiden, bearing the guilt of having been one of the leaders of the Noldorin in their flight from Valinor. She is the sole surviving leader from that time. She has chosen to find some way to redeem herself instead of simply fleeing back like so many did. And she's gorgeous.....^_^

I chose Arwen because she was able to have the strength and courage to give up her immortality, in the name of LOVE.

Same here. I think she came the closest to portraying her character best. But, that doesn't undermined anyone else performances.

I like Arwen better than any of the others... I just love her story, and the way she showed her undying loyalty and love for Aragorn. I think its sweet.

Definately Arwen. She was very brave in the Flight to the Ford scene, for one. But more so, it was such a huge sacrifice for her to give up her immortality for Aragorn, for love. Also, she never lost hope throughout all the war and didn't give up, which is a trait that I definatly respect her for.
