So, what’s the deal with office vending machines? Do you guys think they’re a lifesaver or just a temptation to snack too much? |

I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand, they’re convenient when you need a quick bite or drink. On the other, it’s easy to give in to unhealthy snacks when you’re stressed. |

Totally get that! I think office vending machines can be a good option if they offer healthier choices. Our office recently upgraded ours to include fresh fruit and nuts, and it’s been a game-changer. It’d be nice to see more variety in healthier snacks like yogurt or veggie sticks. Maybe if enough of us ask, they’ll consider updating the selection. So i guess it is 50 to 50 |
