Friends, I don't get enough sleep at all. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, I wake up tired, and sometimes I even have a headache. I came across information about grounding sheets, saying that they help me relax and normalize my sleep. Honestly, it sounds interesting, but I don't quite understand how it works. Maybe some of you are already using such sheets? Does it really help or is it just advertising? I would like to know my personal experience. Maybe this will be my salvation?

I just started using a grounding sheet three months ago, and I can say that it works. I had problems falling asleep - I often lay for hours and tossed and turned. At first, I was also skeptical, but I decided to try it. After a week, I noticed that I was falling asleep faster, and my sleep became deeper. I wake up in the morning with normal energy, although I used to feel exhausted. If you are interested, I found useful information and recommendations for choosing sheets here - grounding sheets. The guys there share their experience and models that really work. Of course, it's not a "magic pill", but for me the difference is noticeable. I advise you to try it, it definitely won't make things worse.

I also recently learnt about such sheets, a friend recommended them to me. She says that her insomnia is gone and her back stops hurting after sleeping. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm going to order some. I think that if there are problems with sleep, why not try it? The main thing is to choose a quality option, because cheap analogues, most likely, will not give the desired effect. If you can improve your sleep and well-being - it's already a big deal.
