I’ve always been curious about card counting in online blackjack. A buddy of mine swears it works, but I don’t see how, especially with automatic shuffling. I actually tried keeping track of the count a few times just for fun, but it felt impossible. Either the deck got shuffled way too often, or I just lost focus. Has anyone actually made this work in an online casino? Or is it just one of those things that only works in movies?

Yeah, I’ve looked into this before, and it’s way harder online than in a real casino. Most online games use continuous shuffling, which makes counting pretty much useless. The only way it might work is in live dealer blackjack, where they use real cards and don’t shuffle after every hand. I tried it once, but keeping count while also playing was way trickier than I expected. If you’re really into blackjack, I’d recommend checking out https://bchonlinecasino.com/ site—they’ve got some solid info on crypto casinos with good blackjack options. Might be worth a look if you’re trying to find games with decent rules.

I’ve always found the whole idea of card counting fascinating, even though I don’t play blackjack that much. It’s crazy to think that a skill like that can actually give players an edge, but casinos are so strict about it. Even in movies, whenever someone gets caught counting, they get kicked out instantly. I guess that’s why so many people try to do it online instead. But with all the tech casinos use now, I imagine it’s way harder than it used to be.
