It’s interesting how data centres depend heavily on small details like mesh density and panel alignment. In my case, the turning point was when we noticed temperature spikes around certain rack zones. The mesh panels we were using restricted airflow more than we anticipated, so we swapped them for a design with wider openings. That adjustment created a much steadier cooling pattern. Strength mattered as well, since the panels supported cable runs and needed to stay rigid under weight. Reading more about data centre mesh options helped us compare structural performance and ventilation rates in a more practical way. Since then, I evaluate mesh with two priorities: how evenly it allows air to move through the room and whether it can maintain shape under continuous use. Everything else becomes secondary once those two conditions are met. |
