Galadriel, 'Maiden Crowned by a Radiant Garland', Alatáriel, Nerwen, Lady of Light, Lady of Lórien, Lady of the Galadhrim, Lady of the Golden Wood, Bearer of Nenya, the Ring of Adamant, the (second) most powerful ever and daughter of Finarfin and Eärwen certainly deserves a vote here. So I voted Galadriel, very straightforward.

I said Eowyn. She's incredibly brave to go off to war in such a time of crisis. Also, she is able to mend her heartbreak, something I admire. She's an inspiration.

Galadriel first, if simply because of her kind nature, age and history... followed VERY closely by Eowyn, because of her ability to fight and join in battle- it's no easy feat to destroy the Witch king!

My vote goes out to Galadriel as well...well for the same reasons you all voted for her! lol I was expecting at least a couple votes for Arwen...ah well, in Galadriel's case: the wisest are understood in the end.

Arwen is my favourite.

She resembles Luthien, and she gave up her mortality, which thinking about is something I could never ever do.

definately Eowyn! i think it's because i see a little of myself in her character...there are times when i fear a cage. but i think if i were faced with the Witch King, i would be too afraid to challenge him. i also admire her for that.
