Last year, I was not able to drive my own car to work and had to take the bus. I started to read the Sil and I loved it! I even read it while walking home from the bus
It is a book you have to read twice. And I started to read it again very lately. But I completely understand why people love it so much.

The Silmarillion is incredible. I love its depth and its myraid of characters and places. I've read it tons of times, and it's almost as good as LotR.

The Silmarillion is a great book. I really enjoyed it, but I think that LotR is better.

The Silmarillion is my second favourite book after LOTR. I love it's depth and it's history, it's just so breathtaking the amount of work and detail that's been put into it

The Silmarillion is an amazing work, a wonderful book. I've read it twice, though parts of it I have read more-- for instance, I have read the story of Luthien and Beren at least 10 times.
It's very complex, and can be confusing and hard to get through the first time (it was for me!) but it's very worth it.

When I read it for the first time, I found it quite difficult. So many names...
But now it is my favourite Tolkien's book.
I also liked (very much) Roverandom. It's really great!
