It was hard to choose between Galadriel and Luthien, but then I chose Galadriel. Luthien's story is really beautiful. Galadriel just can be sweet and frightening.

Luthien was really brave and did everything she could to help her lover. Beren would certainly not have succeeded in his quest without her help!
(then again, she wouldn't have been able to help him if it weren't for a certain dog)

Idril Celebrindal, daughter of King Turgon of Gondolin. She was extremely fair, and yet even so she could not be dissuaded from wielding a sword in the Fall Of Gondolin.

Luthien was cool too, daring to sing before the Dark Foe. I didn't like how she relied on her powers though, as opposed to hacking up orcs with a sword (like Idril did)

although I love Aredhel, I voted for Melian,she is in my opinion one of the biggest female characters ever!Powerful,wise,kind,beautiful, brave,loving...she's my hero :wave:

I simply adore Luthien, since her life was very similar to the life of Aragorn and Arwen!

i like them all but i voted for luthian tinuvial
it took great courage to give up her imortal life for a mortal life to bring Beren back
she gave up her life because her love was so strongeven if it meant she would die

i also like idril galadriel and aredhel
oh there all so good it was hard to choose

:disgust: this is a hard one lol i love all the women in the silmarillion ... but i would say it HAS to be tinuviel out of the elves, her tragic story, her beauty etc.... as for the mortals i would say morwen is my favourite by far as she is both beautiful and strong :-D and este is my favourite of the valier
