Very true Sinbearer! That theme seems to run through many different books I've read of late. It seems as though the father in his grieving is unsure of where to place the blame. Of course, no one wants to blame themselves, and no one wants to blame one they have loved dearly. It seems the only one left would be the child themself.

I wish it didn't have to be that way Larael! Things happen like that in our world that are so sad. Sometimes I don't know whether to be angry or cry!
And a lot of times I just flip back and forth between the two! I guess the most we can do is decide that we won't ever treat anyone that way. That is why I love Aragorn so much...he was tender, gentle and considerate.
