I am almost entirely done setting up the forum! Main pic and boards are all up.
They just need to be arranged now.
Unfortunately we got ads bc all free forum hosts are like that
... I tried to remove
them but they charge per page views so it got super pricey super fast
The main site is also close to finished! Food sections are all that's left!

Hey guys~
Hopefully you guys see this cause, I was checking and it looks like
no one has posted in the forum for about a week now...
But as it's really impossible to revive a website we can't update,
I decided to make a new website instead. This way, we know someone
active is running it, and therefore we can effectively spread and make the
new website grow.
Since It's usual for old AU members to come looking for AU again after a while,
I made the name of the new website similar to this one, but slightly different.
This way it should show up in search results alongside the original AU, but draw
people in with the updated sound of the new name.
If you guys wanna give this a go with me, please follow the links below.

https://arwen-undomiel.boards.net/I think the new website looks pretty good, though not as fancy as this one
because I don't know as much coding, so some things are more basic. But I found
a nice, clean looking theme that reminds me of AU's earlier days and set up the
homepage in a simple way, again similar to here. The content isn't all the same
though, cause I didn't wanna just rip off this place, and then of course felt it was
best anyway for the new website to have obvious differences so people we note
that it was a different place.
I'm still updating and finishing the forum look, and pages on the main site,
But hoping to have it all done by Nov 1. But you guys can register any time if
you want to try the new forum!
Feel free to share any thoughts guys!
Some new family tree boards could also be an option in that case!
