Finalizing my divorce was supposed to bring relief, but instead it’s left me with this strange feeling of starting over from zero. Everything from my weekends to my future plans feels unfamiliar, like I’m living someone else’s life. I know I need to adjust, but I’m not sure how to process it all. Could you recommend a life transitions therapy that focuses on major personal changes?

Man, that post-divorce feeling of starting from scratch is so real—it’s like the whole world shifted under you. My close friend went through a divorce last year and described it like losing her roadmap. She started therapy focused on life transitions, which helped her process the grief and rebuild her sense of self with small steps, like picking up yoga again. It really grounded her. You might find some solid ideas at life transitions therapy . A therapist could guide you through this reset and help you feel like you again!
