Ok, so its really starting to bug me how PJ wont make the hobbit! I think we should find an email adress and get a butt load of people to flood him emails telling him to make the hobbit!
He is making me so mad! He is doing all these other movies! But he cant "afford" to make the hobbit! Thats the lamest exuse ever! If he doesnt hurry up and make it, all the actors will be too old. Thats woul be depressing!

I'm admittedly not one of the people very eager for The Hobbit to be made, just because I think people would expect it to be the same genre as LotR, which it isn't...
Anyway, I'm not sure I see why the ages of the actors is a big deal. Imo, Ian Holm is already too old to play Bilbo in The Hobbit, and besides Gandalf (who can't really be TOO old) and Elrond (same, probably), I can't think of other actors who would be returning.

Peter is trying to feed us a bunch of crap about how the Tolkien family is making him pay a ton more for the movie rights, because they got ripped of with LOTR. So he is refusing to pay it. But he made so much off LOTR, that he would have no problem paying it. Idiot! _________________

I just cant see why he can dedicate himself to the LOTR movies, and not make the hobbit! I think he should have made it first... it bugs me
