If PJ actually gets around to making The Hobbit, will Legolas be in it. I can't remember if Legolas was in the Hobbit (I read it when I was 7).......I don't think he was........but I think his father was, Thranduil. So, will Legsie get a spot in The Hobbit or not? I hope he does........

It would nice to have a younger version of Legolas standing by his father or something like that, but i wouldnt give him a big part because he wasnt in the book.

I'd rather he wasn't there...time for some LotR without OB.

It doesnt have to be OB, it can be someone younger since it was a good couple years between the hobbit and LotR

Keep in mind, Elves don't change much over the years. You have a point, though. Either way, I'd almost rather not have him there. But we shall see!

If Peter Jackson still dares to make another Lord of the Rings movie, then I severely hope he will not put Legolas into the movie.

Yeah I guess it would have to be someone 'younger'. Thanks Melian for telling me that Legolas wasn't in the Hobbit. I couldn't remember if he was or not. He definantly wouldn't have a big part then.....oh well.

lol, even though he's not mentioned in the Hobbit doesn't mean he isn't in there... For one thing, as the King's son, he would've most likely been present in Mirkwood during the Dwarves captivity, plus, I'll betcha anything that he was also at the Battle of the Five Armies.
I don't mind Orli, I think it would be cute for him to have a cameo if PJ makes the Hobbit into a movie.

i reckon itll be alright if legolas has a cameo in The Hobbit.but just that,a cameo!he could appear in mirkwood and maybe the Battle of Five Armies, but i wouldnt like it if they change the movie so a huge chunk of it focused around him.

I hold with my theory... by the time The Hobbit is made, Orlando Bloom will probably look much older, therefore why not have him play his own father? He could play Thranduil! It would be interesting to see...

I would rather Legolas (or Orlando Bloom for that matter) be left out of the Hobbit... I have had enough of both of them.
Not to say that it will not happen though. For all I know it will.

thats a thought but we all know OB as Legolas, so him playing Thranduil would get to confusing...
