Which FOTR character do you believe you relate to most and why?

I believe i have most in common with Frodo, Pippin, Sam and Aragorn.

I think this because i would do anything to look out for my friends and i would never let any of them come to harm. I would be willing to do anything to save my friends even if it meant going all the way to mordor lol and i have a mad sense of humour. I'm also a very determined, sociable Mushroom-loving person...so yeah.

*in Frodo's voice* What about you?

I would have to say mostly Pippin. I can do rather foolish things if I don't think about them, but I am pretty trusting. But I also have a few things in common with Sam. I try to be loyal, and I like doing things for my friends. :)

Aw that's good to know!

I'm really random so that's my reason for associating myself with Pippin lol..

I think to some extent we can all relate to almost every character but.....

I think relate to Boromir the most though. I am a pretty proud and stubborn, but I know when I've met my match. It takes me a while to acctually warm up to people, to where I can tell them things that I try to keep hiddin and actually feel comfortable around them. Also once I warm up to you, I try to be a loyal and helpful friend (sword practice anyone :P). I'm also more than willing to give my life to help those that need me or to protect something I care for or believe in. I'm also a good leader given the chance.

Hmm... that's a difficult but interesting question!

I guess I relate to Éowyn the most... this is really difficult to explain! It's just the situation she's in, the uncle she wants to care for, Grima Wormtounge, whom she really dislikes for betraying Rohan and for what he has done to Theoden, and Éomer, whom she loves, but who isn't there because he has to ride to war...
Éowyn's situation before Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli arive is very similar to mine at the moment... :confused2:

Boromir. I have the same impulsive passion, the same besetting weakness, the same need for forgiveness.

I can relate to Éowyn and Boromir.

Éowyn because she wants to break free from her duty as a woman, and have some kind of meaning to her life, and if not, she would rather die with honour.

Boromir because his Father thinks he is capable of anything, and is always pushing him towards doing things e.g retrieving the ring, that Boromir himself does not feel he can do. His Father also looks down on his brother who is always trying his best but never quite doing enough.

I am a complete mix of Pippin and Sam. I have that kind of serious, loyal, likes-to-be-at-home-but-is-willing-to-go-anywhere-if-their-friends-are-going-too...not in lackey kind of way...I just love being around my friends. And...I'm goofy as well...very goofy indeed.

i think i'm like frodo (which is funny cuz he's not my fav character, but oh well) because i'm always the one who does the most important things in my group of friends, but only like two of them actually seem to acknowledge that.

I am probably most like Pippin (either that or Merry) because I am very random, you might have figured that out, and I sometimes tend to act before I think. I sometimes know when to be serious, but most of the time I'm not unless I'm really angry or something.

KUMQUATS!!!!
What? Don't look at me like that.

LOL! Yeah lately... I've been feeling a little bit like Merry because my goofy little sister has been annoying the fire out of me lately... but I still love her. :P

Just teasing.

I can't help but love the Pippin's in my life though. :)
