I am against any supplements. I think that in cases of mental health problems, drugs or supplements should only be prescribed by a doctor. And how do you feel about it? |

In my opinion, you should first try to prevent the appearance of any mental disorders. If you take a look at the Mental Wellness site, you will see many helpful methods to help or prevent such problems from occurring. But if you see that you cannot cope with it on your own, then you must consult a doctor and do not take any drugs without the doctor's consent. |
