Post subject: | Starting a Home Gym on a Budget |
I want to set up a home gym but don’t have a big budget to work with. I’m thinking of starting with the essentials, like a bench, dumbbells, and maybe resistance bands. Any advice on where to find affordable but good-quality equipment? And are there any “must-haves” I should prioritize when starting out? |

Starting a home gym on a budget is totally doable, and focusing on essentials is a smart move. When I was setting up mine, I spent a lot of time comparing prices and quality. A site that really helped me was fitnessreality.org They have a solid range of affordable equipment without compromising on quality. For example, their adjustable benches are reasonably priced but still super sturdy and versatile. I got one from their Fitness Reality line, and it’s been perfect for all kinds of workouts—bench presses, incline flyes, even core exercises like sit-ups. One tip: prioritize equipment that’s multi-functional. An adjustable bench and a pair of adjustable dumbbells can cover a ton of exercises without taking up too much space or blowing your budget. Check out the site—they often have detailed comparisons, which helped me make confident decisions without overspending. |
