I’ve had two bad experiences where roofers promised a “20-year warranty,” but when issues came up, they either vanished or blamed someone else. I’m replacing the roof on my house in Milton, and this time I want a company that actually honors their warranty and backs up their materials. Who do you trust long-term? |

I feel you—it’s frustrating. What I liked about ID Roof Company is that they’re upfront about what’s covered and what’s not. They offer manufacturer-backed warranties through brands like GAF and CertainTeed, plus their own workmanship warranty in writing. They walked me through each clause, and it’s all clearly outlined in the contract—no vague promises. Also, they’ve been around the area for years and have a legit business address, license, and insurance. If anything goes wrong, you know where to find them. You can look into their warranties here: https://roofersnearme-ma.com/ Are you looking to install architectural shingles or something more premium like synthetic slate? |

Thinking architectural for the balance between price and durability. That level of warranty clarity is exactly what I’m looking for. Will call them soon. Thanks again! |
