Post subject:  Career growth advice for mid-level engineers

I’ve been working as a mechanical engineer for about 8 years, but my salary hasn’t grown much compared to peers in international companies. I’m curious if there are platforms or mentorship programs designed specifically for engineers to boost their careers and salaries. Any recommendations?

I was in the same position and found that mentorship and structured career tools are game changers. The platform engineernow.org offers programs like “Engineer-Millionaire,” where they guide you step by step on building a stronger profile, targeting better roles, and negotiating salaries. They also provide resume and cover letter tools so your applications look professional. Personally, after following their guidance, I managed to land interviews at top energy companies with significantly higher salary ranges.
