Erm... if I may offer a suggestion?
For a start Will, will be away for 2 weeks from this Friday, so she is more than happy for everyone else to get married while he is away and she'll have her wedding when she comes back.
Secondly, I think this needs a little bit more planning. Firstly, (as I have always been told) you ideally need a Mod to make sure everything goes smoothly and that no-one messes around and things like that. If you give them plenty of time, I am certain a Mod will be more than happy to keep things going and more than likely actually perform the ceremony (I recommend Kit).
So my advise to you the people who are getting married is -you need to make sure the dates are good for you guys first and foremost. If there are say 3 dates you all agree on, then pass those dates onto those who are attending and who are important - bridesmaids etc. And I am sure one of those dates will suit everyone. And then you ask your chosen Mod.
And remember - you don't have to get married in the next 2 days, if it means things will be rushed, when if you wait 6 days, you can have a good ding dong bash and a Mod to boot. 
Anyway, you don't have to listen to me, but I had a great, organized, Mod'd wedding and I'd be delighted if you guys could have the same experience.

yeah, I think you're probably right, JF.  I've done a little bit of planning and such... anyone got any good dates or anything yet?
