You posted it on the coding thread.  I guess the pages I've looked at haven't had that sort of block of text, so I haven't thought about it. Personally, if we're going to be recoding (like with CSS and all that sort of new stuff) I'd think we'd just rewrite relevant info. So I wouldn't bother keeping things if you don't think you, yourself, need it right now. I realllllly need to go through these threads again and write stuff down so that I know what all is going on.  _________________ going on a journey through my old claims

^Thanks, Ana. Also Nurr, I like the little things you're doing around the main site like updating the FAQ. Alright, to follow up on things... Cbox/TagboardDid we come to the conclusion that it is only possible to get auto-refresh if we pay for it? In that case we might need to decide whether some of the donations should go to pay for it. GuestbookWhat's the status.. I think we should keep the tagboard we have AND if we get enough donations and see fit to buy a tagboard for $20 a year (once we have the tagboard we could put aside some donated money each month for the next payment) then that might be best.
As for the guestbook... well I liked my version best to be perfectly honest. It just looked cleaner and neater to me. I'm not sure if the other tagboard can be as custom made.
Maybe people should have another look at the two of them and see what they think.

Just a thought. It's a minor thing, but I think it's something worth considering - should we put up a note above/below the tagboard reminding people that it needs manual refreshing? The way some people post suggest that they don't get it, and it's getting a bit spammy in my opinion. This might help people realize they don't have to post five times just to see if anyone else is on _________________

Okay, so, this may have been braught up before... or maybe not. But what's going to happen with the elvish section? Is it going to be just left alone as is? But isn't it a big mix of Sindarin and Quenya? Maybe we could have someone update and add to it?
Maybe we could even try and see if realelvish.net would be willing to collaberate with us to give us a better elvish section? It's just an idea... But I was just curious.

Last I heard, we were keeping the elvish section as it is. Most people seem to really like it and find it good. I personally have no knowledge about it to make it any better or more cohesive or anything like that. But I'm sure there's no problem with someone who really knows the language to take a look and see what could make it better. _________________ going on a journey through my old claims

I love the new overview thread, but I'm still a little confused if there's anything that needs doing. From what I can tell I should be able to step back a little and let everyone else do there jobs. Unless, what were those rewrites someone was talking about? I think there was a need for rewrites of pages headers or something along those lines? If not, I'm going to take a break, get a grip on modding, and work a little on writing 'Hobbit' bios.

 I think for now you can settle back and focus on those things. The rewrites were mainly just getting everything caught up to date, which really anyone can write, and only makes sense to write when we're updating that page. _________________ going on a journey through my old claims
