Perhaps you'll have to do the great-Meldy-call, using the great-Meldy-calling-capslock-device. Not that that would help, though.

Perhaps I'll have to steal the horn of Gondor and call over the Anduin to whatever distant lands Meldy has wandered off to... *strokes chin*
But it's broken in half. *eyes the shards*

Superglue, ehhh? Hmmm... Can one really glue together an ancient piece of Gondorian craftsmanship?

I've never read "Little Lord Fauntleroy", but I dost love speaking like this, my good chum
A council to decide whether to glue together the horn of Gondor *strokes chin* The Council of H-line! A council to put Elrond's in the shade

Thou ought to read it. It be a very sweet story. There's a part where the little boy, Lord Fauntleroy, asks his grandfather about a tombstone in the church. The grandfather, who is an earl, replies that the people buried there are their ancestors. The tombstone is written in Old English, so it's got a lot of... different spelling in it, of course. So the little boy replies, "I think I got my spelling from them."
Certainly! We ought to send summons to a great council, ye Great Council of H~Line!

Ooohhh, sounds good
Come ye all to the Council of H-line! There be no ring to argue over here, but the broken horn of Gondor There can't be any trouble started over that.
