Arwen: Do you know if there's any particular reason why the scramble puzzles don't work? The page shows up with all the text and everything, only the puzzles aren't there.

Ana, I'm not sure why the scramble puzzles don't work  Maybe the image links are outdated? It'll be something for the coders to look into. Regarding e-mails, have you all come to any conclusion of A) what you want the new contact address to be, and B) how you'll handle e-mails in general? Who will respond to what, what responses you'll give, etc.? I just want to make sure you have a plan in place before you get started! _________________

The scramble puzzles work for me. It says above them that they only work in IE.. so I guess in some cases IE is awesome.
EDIT: Aragorn is the only one that isn't working. I guess a lot of the puzzles etc are a bit outdated now - not saying we should get rid of them as I like the crosswords etc, but maybe give them a re-vamp and choose new images/questions etc? Again, I think this would be Phase #2 of AU Revival, when the more pressing things have ben dealt with.
^ I think Eru mentioned contact@arwen-undomiel, which to me sounds great as it's simple and to the point.
I guess in a way, until we know what kind of emails we get, it will be hard to say who will do what exactly. *scratches head* I'm not sure what kind of emails can be expected other than affiliate emails and possibly fanart submission requests. If no one for example was on communications who was good with fanart, it would be hard to say who would be the one to say that person's work isn't good enough to be on AU. If you know what I mean.
BTW, who is proofing bios? Myself and Larael are pretty much on the same page regarding how the bios should be displayed etc, although when we're done, I think we will make sure of that. So really whoever checks will be for punctuation and stuff and I just wanted to make sure that person is around because I've nearly finished.

Ahh, that explains it then  But I think if we're going to have these sorts of things we should make sure they work in Firefox etc as well. contact@arwen-undomiel sounds good to me, like JF said it's simple and to the point I don't think anyone's been chosen to proof the bios, but I did say quite early on that I could do that sort of work so if you want to, feel free to send them to me and I'll have a look at them _________________

Oh IE.... Good for something, I guess! Himlond has talked about going through the old arwen@a-u account, which I think should be okay, but that's definitely going to be more than a one-person task. I assume all of you who have volunteered for e-mail support would be okay with undertaking this as well? My only caveat is that I would like to be involved as little as possible I mean, if it seems like an e-mail that I personally really really need to look at, sure, but that needs to be a minimum. Sound good? If we're ready to go, then I can get things set up. We have Himlond, JF, Telpeath, Larael, and Ea - correct? Have I missed anyone? _________________

Is my Firefox the only one that hates the forum? I used to use it for everything but then I had to switch to Safari because FF started acting up and it wouldn't show certain forum pages. So while I certainly prefer FF to IE, FF is not my friend these days  _________________
