Have you noticed that Aragorn only says "Elendil" once in the film whereas he says it all the time in the book? and that once is on the extended version of the film. Any other sayings? please contact me!!!!

Do you mean the scene in FOTR, after he told Frodo to leave and starts fighting the Uruk-hai?

Don't worry. ;)
Well, I think Aragorn sometimes cries Elendil when he rides into battle. It must me somewhere in TTT and/or ROTK when the Rohirrim cry "Forth Eorlingas" (correct spelling ?), because he doesn't join them, but instead cries "Elendil". But I'm not sure...
The next time I'll see the movies I watch out for it.

When he jumps of that ruin on Amon Hen attacking Uruk-Hai he shouts Elendil. I think after Haldir dies and he jumps of a ladder he also shouts it. I think. Maybe I imagined it. I'll go check. Then in TRotK EE, he uses the palantir and he says "Behold, the sword of Elendil." That's all I can think of for now.
