I think that scene was really required in he movies because it illustrated to people who never read the book what exaclty is meant by "the grace of the Valar". |

*swoons* Yes he is. When I first saw the (theatrical) movie, I thought Brego was his own horse, and the horse found him. But after seeing the EE, I saw that Brego was Theodred's horse. Gee, all Aragorn has to do is speak Elvish to a horse and set him free... and he has a friend for life. XD |
