I think the TT has the most funny scenes. And I always have to laugh when Legolas calls Gimli, and then you can see gimli role of the hill, like boom-de-boom-de-boom :bounce:
That is so funny, Gimli is always funny :)

its more of a scene then a line. at helms deep when they were pulling back to the keep. Gimli wanted to fight so bad two guys had to grab him and pull him away!

I absolutely agree!! Especially Gimli is funnier in TTT and RotK than in FotR but he wasn't so much in FotR..So think TTT really is quite humorious :lol:

Gimli is really the best!!! When he enters Minas Tirith with Legolas and Aragorn and says:"there is more gaiety in a cemetery" (or so he says in the Italian translation), he makes me die for laughter!!

I think that the parts with Gimli are all funny. Like the part when Gimli's trying to get his horse to go foreward and trying to keep from falling off. :)
And the part when Gollum is telling Sam that he's spoiling the rabbit meat by cooking it.

another funny scene about Gimli: when he is in Fangorn forest and speaks bad about Ents...and the trees murmur and he immediately changes his speech in something like "beautiful forest"

Yea that was funny. Also, "Don't tell the elf!". lol, and the whole orc counting gimli and Legolas thing always cracks me up.

In the beginning when Frodo and Sam are in the mountains:

"Let's see what we've got left.. Oh look lembas!! and .. even MORE lembas!!"

and then when they meet gollum:

"we will swear to serve the master of the precious... we will swere on.. *thinks* ... the Precious!!!"

and I liked:

"Dwarfes are natural sprinters"

oh, and in Helms Deep:

"Toss me" " Don't tell the elf"

and

"shall I describe it to you, or shall I find you a box"

oh and:

"Two legolas" "I'm on seventeen! "

and I like almost all the gollum parts.. he makes me laugh!

Almost every single line that Gimli and Legolas have cracks me up. It's especially funny when they have their lines together and how they tease each other now that they are friends. This may sound weird, but in the battle of Helm's Deep, when Aragorn says "Ladders!" and Gimli says "Good!" is funny because he's so eager for battle. Also, when they're in Fangorn Forest and after hours of talking treebeard comes over to the Hobbits and says, "We have reached a decision... We have decided, you are not Orcs," and he smiles and Pippin says, "Well, that's good news..." But, probably the funniest is when Aragorn throws the apple and Pippin looks up. While watching TTT EE for the first time, it's great when Merry and Pippin find the food after Isengard is flooded and they find apples and Pippin picks one up and looks up! I could not stop laughing, and when I did, my stomach was sore. That's awesome how they carry over jokes from the other LOTR movies!!
