Yeah, I know what you're talking about. I do remember it being in the EE and Original DVD though.

It's RIGHT before you watch the scene where Gamling is putting Theoden's armor on him so as to prepare for battle.

As a self-confessed line quoter, I've never heard Aragorn say that. And I've seen both versions numerous times.
