I don't like that Faramir is portraited as a second version of Boromir and also gts into the power of the ring! I liked him much better in the books, there he is warmer and friendlier and didn't kidnapp the hobbits and take them to Osgiliath!
But I this was the only part I don't agree with PJ's interpretation. :)

I thought TTT was done very well, except for a few minor things that were added. Okay... maybe they were major.

I didn't like the whole deal with Aragorn falling off the cliff, and then coming back right when all hope has failed. It just doesn't fit with the rest of the movie.

I also didn't like how the Elves showed up at Helm's Deep, because it didn't stay true to the books. But, I guess it made the Rohirrim's victory more realistic.

THe only other thing I didn't like was when Haldir died. Another thing that wasn't true to the book, and was really, really sad. :(

I like the TTT, except some things:
I don't like Haldir dying at Helm's Deep... it somehow doesn't fit to him; I don't like Aragorn falling off the cliff and coming back again... idk it was just weird, I don't like Faramir's character in the movie, because that was totally different from how Tolkien wanted Faramir to be
But I like the scenes with Arwen, which aren't in the books, I like the scene with Boromir and Faramir in the EE, because it shows the relationship between the two brothers very well.

I liked him better in the books as well. But apart from that he's one of my favourite characters.

When I first saw the movie I was like: What is going on? What are the elves doing there?

At first I really liked the 'dream scene' but now I find it too long.

I love that scene! :)

Yep, that scene between the two brothers is also one of my favourite ones, just because it's the only one that shows them as a family! You get to understand each point of view very well!

Ah ha! I knew I was missing something from when I posted earlier!

I also did not like the way Faramir's character was portrayed. I have nothing against David Wenham, because he did a wonderful job, I just don't like the way PJ and writer's wrote out his character.

It was too Boromir-ish which did not fit at all with the Faramir character in the books. Movie Faramir was much to swayed by the power of the Ring when it was offered to him.

Yup, didn't like that at all... :(

First and foremost, I love Gollum in this movie. Especially his relationship with Sam. I thought they did a good job portraying both Smeagol and Gollum and the inner conflict.

I agree with everyone about Faramir. I have no idea why they changed it.

Yes, this is one of the greatest jobs Peter Jackson has done on this movie. I really adore Andy Serkis for his great work with Gollum!

No offense to anyone, but I think TTT is worst out of the rest of the movies. I liked it and all, but I can't watch it over and over...I thought some of it was slow. Except for the battle at Helms Deep! Now that was cool!

Well, I loved the imagery as well as the tone of the Two Towers. I think Rohan was my favorite area and I loved the part where Gandalf comes back as a white wizard.
