OOO BOOYY yeah i do agree but i guess its to see the shock and awe on everyone they just happen to put up Legolas cause hes hot and PJ thought all the lady fans would love him lol he does have a kinda OMG  face on him but
the one scene that kinda is weird to me with random shots of Legolas is the one where they are romping through Rohan chasing after the Uruk's and the camera like zooms up on him running and he says something then it zooms back out lol i don't get that shot but thats it really plus Leggie is a hottie  lol

Yes ... but like I said, they also have many random shots of other characters, it's just that nobody really cared about those. They're just all against Legolas because he's a gorgeous elf. They DO have random shots of Aragorn as well. |

Man...whoever said that people would still watch the movie if they didn't have so many random shots of hot guys is seriously misinformed. I would never watch LOTR if they didn't have random shots of the HOTTEST guys...ie: Aragorn, Legolas, Faramir, Haldir...lol It's not a good movie without random cool shots of hot guys...especially...well...the four mentioned above. Though unfortunately I don't think we have any random Haldir hot shots...which is soooo sad!!!! lol |

Yeah, and I know that regardless of the director or movie you go to, there's always going to be some of these random shots in them, but this one especially just seems to be really awkwardly placed.

Yea. Without Leggy the movie would be nothing. ^^ They prolly put in alot of random LEGOLAS shots because he doesn't talk much and your supposed to tell whats he thinking by his face. BUT I DONT MIND IT AT ALL!!!

Scenes like that are constantly throughout the movie...you see Aragorn telling Theoden the beacons are lit. Then there's an unrelated shot of Legolas...during the battles, its showing another character fighting. Another shot of Legolas...geez...I don't not like him but they were totally trying to hard to emphasize he was there. |

well like i said, there are totally random shots of aragorn as well ... legolas is just more noticeable cos hes an elf and a gorgeous one at that |
