Sure, next time I watch TTT I'll take a screen cap. I think the scene is... can't think of the real name, but it's the one where Eomer and his riders come across Theodred's now deceased riders.
I think it's only in the extended version.

I actually haven't seen that... but I'll have to go check it out now.

Alright, so, I just watched that part, I don't really think it was caution tape, I think it was supposed to be a banner or flag one carries when riding...because it doesn't have the same kind of plasticy feel caution tape it's more like fabric...Or at least that's what my impression was.

Maybe it is a banner, but it seems suspicious that it was black and yellow.

Well, I guess sometimes you can't help it! Even if it is caution tape, we can pretend it was a banner and that the movie's perfect anyway! I'll be sure to try and look for it next time, though.

It's not a very good SC but the same shot? Because if you look harder, it's a banner with the Rohan sunburst emblem on it.

which is also not caution tape. As the shot goes on, you can tell it's vaguely dark green also with the golden Rohan sunburst on it...
