I totally agree with Italdrie as well (I hope I spelled that correctly!) He was dangerous, and c'mon, he'd already stabbed Saruman once. You don't need to keep stabbing him. I mean, you stab him and he's eventually going to die (if you've any manner of luck at all!). And if he was going to die, why let Wormtongue mutulate his body (although it would have been great fun to watch and most enjoyable).

Maybe he would like to rise his level, you know, in many video games killing bosses can receive experience points. HAHA

You were kinda close on the spelling of my name *g* And they needed information from Saruman. He was no use to them dead and Legolas just wanted to stop Grima. But he probably didn't like him all that much because of what he was and so that's probably why he let him die.

I was way off. LOL. sorry. P.S. Good point. With Saruman dead and his murderer still stabbing him, he was no use to them. Besides, he was almost as wicked.
