Do you prefer gollum over smeagol?

I prefer smeagol because he is funny and doesn't sound serious :)

Both Gollum and Smeagol play an important part in the movie
And I agree with Gandalf:
"My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill, before this is over."
Though without Smeagol there wouldn`t exist Gollum :-D
So ... i like Gollum more ... i just love when he sais my prrreciousss :)

Definately Smeagol!! I very much dislike Gollum. lol But yeah, Smeagol is funny, and and just more good than Gollum.

I prefer too Smeagol over Gollum because Smeagol is nicer and I feel pity for him like Frodo. And he is of course funny too :) Gollum is evil but Smeagol can't survive without him. So I like them both and I love when Gollum says my precioussssssssss:D But Smeagol is still better :P

I don't like the way protait him in the movie. He didn't like Sam, but he didn't try to spreate them!

PJ says he always saw gollum as breaking them apart and he thought that should happen in the movie. *shrugs* I don't know, the point comes across both ways; Sam is in the way, Gollum doesn't like Sam for being in the way.

As for the original question, I like Smeagol better, becuse Gollum is...well...evil.

Smeagol reminds me of the Grinch when he's sad and Gollum reminds me of the Grinch at the beguinning of ROTK with him forming in that cave
