I know my Elf friend, the fight sould have been longer, it was against Eowyn after all. U go girl!!! :)

I think considering the difficulty of going up against an enemy like the Witch-king, it should have been a longer fight. Eowyn's a great fighter but this is the WITCH KING!

I agree with everyone else. They should have made the fight between them longer. I mean, it was good in the movie, but they could have fought longer.

Hm... that felt rather short... I mean it's Gandalf against the only being (except Sauron) who could defeat him... the only one he's really afraid of!

Definitely longer. I mean, It's the Witch-king, he deserved a long fight.Also It would have been really awesome to watch Eowyn with more action 8)

But I don't know if they could possibly draw it out longer. The movie was 3 and a half hours long for goodness sakes. As much as I love Return of the King and the whole 4 times I've seen it in theathers, I wanted OUT OF THERE and to the bathroom.

I love Eowyn, I love the Witch King but I don't think they could've done it longer. I mean Eowyn was basically playing defenses while Wiki thrashed his overgrown, reluctant, PJ approved Mourning Star wildly at her. And if they filmed it based off the book, I would think that the book description was even shorter than the scene, picturing it with the whole Merry creeps up behind him, etc. But without that bit from Merry, Eowyn really wouldn't've killed the Witch King proving that Eowyn does not get ALL the credit for killing the Witch King.

Again, as much as I love these two, as much as I want to name my children after them even thought they will have to live with the rest of their lives by "Hey, isn't that a chick/thing from Lord of the Rings." -- "Oh yeah, yeah, that's it...yeah..." I'm happy with what they've got.

I voted no. I'd liked it when they made it longer, but I don't see how. I think it's good the way it is.

I love the Witch King so yeah a longer fight would of been awesome!!!

Is it just me or shouldn't ALL the scenes they filmed have been put back into the extended editions? lol.. i wouldn't of minded a 16 or 18 hour long trilogy!!
