Ok tell me wut comes after this Aragorn: Why have u come? Eowyn: Do u not know? then wut does Aragorn say!! i know he says like "I cannot give u wut u seek" but he says something be4 that!! wut does he say!!?? |

The reason Eowyn says "Do you not know?" is much sweeter in the books. Faramir asks her why she doesn't leave the Houses of Healing and join the people celebrating in the City. She says "Do you not know?" He says something along the lines of "either it's because Aragorn is not there and you wish to see him or I am here and you wish to stay with me." And that's when she realizes she loves Faramir. Or something like that. |

^^Yes, they switched around people's lines a lot in the movie. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I guess it sort of worked in this particular scene, but it made it more sad for me.  Poor Eowyn.

Yes on the topic of Eowyn and Faramir, i think for those who haven't read the books, the love between Faramir and Eowyn would have indeed been very very sudden. I mean throughout the trilogy we do not get to see much onteraction between the two characters so it's a bit sudden don't you agree? |

yeah, my mom had no clue whatsoever until the coronation. One thing, though, is the fact that Eowyn would probably not want our pity. Not trying to say I'm right or anything, I'm often wrong, but I have quite a few of the same feelings as Eowyn, and I would not want someone to pity me. |

i think that they should of focused on their love so we can see what made them like each other and such.... as in the book... you read that they looked forward to seeing each other in the gardens and flirting with each other.... very cute! |
