I have NO idea where those are from but the graphic work is amazing. I'm guessing they're from Torchwood?

*Dies* Everything about that Torchwood banner is perfect. The Twilight one is great artistically, but the subject... 
For some reason my Phelps graphics all end up as black and white-ish rawr banners.
