Fluffy was starting to get inpatient and made a mental note to warn Kit about her incompetent staff. With a groan she got up from her comfortable place in the Dining Room and made her way over to the Kitchen. "Yussef!" she already started before even entering the Kitchen. "What is taking you so lo-" She abruptly stopped when she noticed that the Kitchen was only crowded with Fragile and her cup of tea.
"Oh hello Fragile" Fluffy said in a more pleasant voice. "I thought Yussef was getting me some tea but the fellow ran off again.."

Eä trudged back in after having practised her Mind Reading stance. She had found an old mirror at the end of a hallway when she was searching for a hidden Door To Another World. She only found the mirror and recalled her homework, which meant practising the traditional MR stance with one's fingertips pressed to one's head while looking into the Beyond with an expressive/dull look in the eyes depending on the occasion.

"Hello and good day" she said when entering the kitchen.
With a slight headache Eä just plopped down on a seat, nippling on a piece of bacon.

"You're an angel Fragile" Fluffy said while stretching. She had lost her interest in the Monopoly game, which she'd obviously won, and decided to stay in the Kitchen with the others for a while.
"Did you hear that Elegost and Tur stayed up all night to keep watch?" she said casually. "I don't think that would scare off anyone.. but still.."

Indilwen plodded slowly down the stairs, and headed toward the kitchen. Another day, another exciting adventure... hopefully she would live through it. She entered into the kitchen, and set herself down at the table. "Everyone sleep well last night, I hope?"

"Good morning to you, too!" Indilwen said, forcing a smile to her face. "Once I fell asleep, I slept quite soundly, also." She reached toward a spare teacup.

Eä tilted her head and smiled to Fragile Silence.

"Good morning and good day to you."

She helped herself to some tea, pouring chunks of ecologic FairTrade sugar in the mug up til the surface.

"No, I think you're right, Tur and Ellie aren't scary enough to.. ehh.. be scary and scare anyone off..."

She pondered for a moment.

"But does it mean they've gone to bed now? I wonder why I get a mental picture of a bucket of ice cold water and a warm bed now..."

She sighed.

"Sometimes this Mind Reading is confusing, especially when you're trying to read your own."

"Hello Indilwen, had a good sleep?"

Indilwen smiled again, this time a real smile rising to her face. "I had a nice sleep, thank you. I had one disturbing dream, though..." She stared into her teacup. "But other than that, it was nice to be in a soft, warm bed. How about yourself?"

Fluffy greeted Indilwen and nibbled quietly on a piece of chocolate cake. "I doubt whether they've gone to bed" she responded to Eä. "They're probably outside marching in the garden or building defense walls." She chuckled at the idea. That would be hilarious.

Goldleaf came down the stairs yawning, dressed in dark purple, her hair messily but artfully arranged in a bun. She could hear voices coming from the kitchen, and she wanted some tea. Humming one of her favourite tunes, the brilliant song "Banana Phone", she progressed towards the kitchen.

Nurr followed the sound of voices to the kitchen. Upon entering, she saw everyone making or drinking tea. Wrinkling her nose, she began opening cabinets and peering around. "Aha!" Came an exalted cry from inside on of them. Emerging with hot chocolate mix, Nurrantiel set about heating up some water and mixing up the drink. With a contented sigh, Nurr sat down and sipped her drink.

"Good day Fluffy, Goldleaf, Fragile, Ea, Indilwen," she said with a smile. "I'm glad these past few days have been less.." the word "morbid" flew through her mind, "..hectic."

"Hello everyone!" Goldleaf said, straight away setting about making herself some tea. "Nothing like some tea to start the day, eh?" She sat at the table, chugging down the drink as if she had a mouth made of steel - she seemed unharmed by downing steaming hot liquid nearly all at once.
