Eä nodded to Fluffy as if taking her order.
"Brownies coming up, ma'am!"
She smoothed her imaginary apron and scurried away in the direction of the kitchen.
"Might there be anything else?" The head of Eä popped up floating on the side of the doorframe once more.

Catherine stepped quietly into the kitchen, looking very tired. She was obviously not one to be bothered after first waking, her hand groped up in a cabinet until she pulled out a suitable mug and poured herself coffee.
After the first sip she found enough energy to murmur, "Morning, everyone. Did we all sleep well?"

Without waiting for an answer Eä hurried to the kitchen. There she found Catherine.
"Hello there! Do you know where they keep their knives around here? We're making sushi in the Dining Room, come help me while the meat is still fresh!"
She started rumaging loudly in drawers and cupboards.

"Well, I never said anything about you being... erm... insane..." Indilwen protested. "And I've never had sushi... but anyway, let's find some sharp knives."
As she turned to follow Ea into the kitchen, she stopped and smiled back at Fluffy. "Good morning to you!" she chirped.
She skipped into the kitchen, and began prowling about for something to eat while Ea searched for knives.

Eä smiled sweetly, twirling a huge butcher's knife in her hand.
"I think I've got what I came for. Do you guys want to come to the Dining Room or should I rather prepare the food here?"
She scratched her chin, looking thoughtful.

"Aaaah..." Indilwen murmured, and it sounded as if it were a cross between a sigh, speech, and mere breathing. "That's what I'm afraid of."
She drew back slightly at the sight of the large knife. "Eh, well.... er... I suppose wherever you want to do it..." She was beginning to grow a bit shaky at the thought of chopping up a huge fish, and then eating it... raw.
"I think... I'll get myself a cup of tea, first."

Now is the time to actively discuss in the Headquarters thread who it may be! After you've come to your conclusion (pick someone to make the final accusation), come to the Mansion thread, find Kit (I will be online tonight ... in about 6 hours from now, currently: 2:30 pm Eastern US Time.) and I will confirm or deny your accusation.
The person nominated to make the final call must accuse as the group unanimously agrees, so if Lady Death has to accuse herself per majority agreement. She must tell Kit that everyone accuses herself as the killer. I will either deny or confirm.
<b>Current Guess Exemptions</b>: Fragile Silence (in-roleplay pumpkin drawing) and Nurrantiel Mashiara (murder mystery challenge).
Guess will be made around 1:00 am GMT (also 9:00 pm US Eastern)
Please do not actively discuss killer in this thread until an agreement is made on who to accuse.

Saffron materialized in the kitchen. "You're making sushi?" She said in a whiny ghost-voice. "Without me?" She frowned down at Ea, Indilwen, and Maethoriel. "Ah, well, nevermind. I want coffee." The ghost then began to pour herself a cup of coffee.
(At this time, the author would like to point out that she does not consider herself an expert in neither physics nor consistency.)
Saffron successfully poured a mug of coffee. She was now floating above Ea's head. But, as she moved to pour the coffee into her mouth, it fell right through her transparent form and onto the poor, unsuspecting head below.

Kit came down the grand staircase wondering where everyone was. She smelled coffee though and though her health (and height) begged her not to, she couldn't help but crave some now. She made her way towards the Dining Room hoping to go through there to get to the Kitchen. Upon entering the room of countertops and shining steel, she saw no one.
Spotting the pot of coffee though, she rushed over and picked it up, noticing how cold it was. She frowned, "Well that's no good." She looked through the cabinets and cupboards.... "Strange, where'd all the coffee go. I want to make another pot."

Tar walked down from her room, and walked to the kitchen, grabbing an apple as she nodded to Kit nervously. Accusations were to be made today, and she had been given the role of spokesperson for the group. Oh dear.
"I hope this isn't one of those 'shooting the messenger' situations." Tar said to herself, taking a bite of the apple. Some of the accused did have very... large guns.

"Everyone should need coffee," Kit said and continued to look through drawers and under the sink. "Don't tell me everyone's gone and had all of the coffee."
She yelled, "YUSEF!" (and yeah, it's spelled Yusef, btw. xD I've seen Yousef --- well that one, I can see the joke. But Yussef and such things. It amuses me)
The Butler came in with an irritated expression, <i>All these houseguests bossing me around... if I could strangle----</i>. He realized it was his mistress calling.
".... Yes, ma'am?"
"Yusef, do you know where all the coffee's gone? I made sure to stock up because the planning was stressing me so much.... all my Blue Hawaiian... Fifteen bucks a pound for that stuff you know, I'm not made of money." Kit frowned and looked through a cabinet.
"No, ma'am. You told me to stock them all in the bottom right hand cabinet, all <i>39</i> bags of them. I don't know where they've gone." Yusef replied. Kit gave a sigh.
"All right, that's all I needed, Yusef. Thank you." Kit waved him away, "And do keep looking for those tools, will you? We'll be doing the pinata soon and we'll be needing something to hang it up."
