Fragile momentarily forgot how tired she was as she handed out candy to children. She enjoyed looking at their costumes and seeing them smile when she gave them treats. Some thanked her, but most were either too excited or too shy. She didn't mind. The elf simply loved to watch them and listen to them.

"Oh! Trick or Treating time!" Mrs. Haldir exclaimed. "How fun." When no body was looking, she snuck a couple pieces of candy that were meant for the children.

The Horseman had dreaded this part of the festivities. He hated children with a passion, he was hoping as he noticed the dreaded creatures were breathing the same atmosphere as him, that he could quietly slink back to his room.

Kit was checking through the rooms to see if the treats were being handed out when she spotted the Horseman, planted almost impossibly flat against the wall, edging his way out of the room where the children were waiting for the candy to be handed out.
With one large breath, she bellowed," HEY KIDS, IT'S THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN, I HEAR IF YOU GIVE HIM A BIG HUG HE'LL GIVE YOU A BUCKET FULL OF CANDY EACH."
And with that, the kids turned and charged at the Horseman, a blur of Frodos, Jedis, and Jack Sparrows in the mist.

Nienna couldn't help but laugh as she lugged a gigantuous tub of candy over the heads of the kids as the rushed the Headless Horseman, havning disappeared from the main entrance to find her own bucket of candy.
"Over here!!" She called to the kids, giggling, "I've got more candy here!"

Tar looked in the mirror, waiting for the kids to come up to her room. She smiled at herself through red lips. She hoped that there were a few little nerdy kids in the bunch, she needed someone to recognize her Poison Ivy costume after all the time she spent on getting her hair the right color.

PD stood on the staircase away from the main commotion, laughing at the scene. She couldn't help herself and she was thankful that she wasn't one of the people the children were going to for their candy. At least not yet. She covered her mouth with her hand and tried to stop giggling while keeping the candy bucket from falling out of her hand. She was afraid that if the children heard the sound of falling candy that they might come stampeeding towards her. She would never stand a chance.

She couldn't help but continue laughing at this, knowing that the Horseman did not enjoy children or being around the company of them.

"Oh... good... Lord...." mouthed The Horseman. And with arms flailing, he sped out of the room as fast as he could go, hoping to leave the endless babbling of children well behind him.

PD burst out into a new fit of laughter at the sight of the poor Horseman. She quickly found a safe place to stash her bucket full of candy while she tried to control herself. She leaned against the wall, needing its support while she giggled.

Kit watched with obvious satisfaction at the predicament that the Horseman was in and the children kept running after him as fast as <i>they</i> could, screaming such phrases as "For Frodo!" or "For Narnia!". Kit watched as Algernon ran to and fro from each room. It wasn't at all surprising when the children knocked a few things here and there over including several buckets. They were so adamant on catching the Headless Horseman though, that they didn't even notice the buckets of candy that had fallen over.
Kit rushed over to the buckets, however, and started to pick them up and put them in their respected buckets when she found several of her coffee bags!
"MY COFFEE!" Kit exclaimed, while standing and hugging the previous Blue Hawaiian coffee. "Oh how I've missed you! Please don't run away again!"

Tar popped out of her bedroom, tired of waiting for the screaming children to stop chasing Algernon and to come upstairs.
"Did I hear coffee? I'm five seven and in perfect health, so Kit, you should definitely hook me up with some of that."

Kit only hugged her coffee bags tighter and turned away from Tar. "No. Mines. They've been gone for some long. I shan't share! I shan't!" Kit said, but paused, "... But... why were they in the buckets of candy? And who would put them there? honestly. You can't give coffee to children!"
