He's a very popular artist in Cayman, that's where I started listening to him.
Prelude 4 in E Minor - Chopin
I've been very much into Chopin after watching The Pianist... not quite as much as Rachmaninoff, but climbing. *wants to learn this Prelude*

Ah, OK. And I should tell my older sister that you actually listen to classical music; maybe she would be convinced not all of my friends are terrible people then.

LOL! So if I get a star with your sister for liking classical music, and a star with your brother for introducing you (and connectively him) to an awesome webcomic... I can assume I'll be well received in your home some day?

That's the general idea. You also got points with my 15-year-old sister for commenting on all of our sword pictures, after which she announced she wants to meet you.

Hehe. That makes me rather happy. I'd really like to plan a roadtrip up there someday... once I get a vehicle, that is.

You would be more than welcome up here. I honestly don't think my parents would take much convincing (I've met over 30 online friends after all ). I could only hope I wouldn't completely scare you away with my enthusiasm... and the fact that I'm probably more than half a foot taller than you.

You scare me? Ha! No worries there! I may be, ahem, on the shorter side, but I'm tipping over full with enough enthusiasm for ten people. Which kinda accounts for why I literally bounce a lot. Heh, this summer when I flew to Cali to stay with some online friends for a week, my mom felt it necessary to call and "warn" them about me kookiness beforehand.
I'm Sorry - I Am Legend OST / James Newton Howard
Funny, I didn't like this movie much, but fell in love with the soundtrack. Of course it IS JNH... hehe.

*laughs* I think we would have fun together then. In fact, I'm pretty much positive we would. I've been told my personal definition of when I'm being hyper is really skewed, because generally I'm considered to be quiet and calm. We could balance each other out. Before I met online friends this summer, my friends were warning them that I never talk.

...and I don't know when to shut up. Remind me to try to work something out in the future with you after I get a vehicle. I'm already planning a roadtrip to pirateoftherings house, might as well just take a slight detour over to yours.

That's perfect, because I love listening! And I will definitely remind you. I'll keep poking you - though I do enough of that already. potr is more in central Texas, right?

Aye, near Dallas area.
Haha! Poking! I get so cracked up at the "poke wars"... ah, I am far too easily amused for my own good. You know one thing I've always wanted to do? Have a LotR marathon with a REAL Ringer.

That's what I thought; she'd be about two hours west of me then. Right around Elven Archer's area, actually.
Yes, poke wars are awesome. And it's been ages since I had anyone to watch LotR with... I used to watch them with my childhood best friend, but when our friendship fell apart (three and a half years ago now) I had no one who wanted to watch them with me anymore. I did get to watch all three all the way through once though, with her... for my 13th birthday.

Wow, all three at once? Hah... my best friend did that several New Years ago (Unfortunately I wasn't there) in an all-nighter, and she said by the end she was weeping uncontrollably for Sauron. Heheh. It's great what a lack of sleep does to one.
And sadly, the ONLY people who will watch LotR with me is my little nephews. Ah woe. At least they provide entertaining commentary.

*laughs* Yeah, we were done by about 3:00 a.m., and proceeded to stay up the rest of the night talking about it. I generally wouldn't want to be up that late though, as I would rather be semi-conscious while watching them.
My littlest brother is not allowed to watch them, but he's seen parts of them, and of course all of my posters and some of my fan music videos. Some of his first words were "Legolas" and "Orlando Bloom." That was back when I was 11, 12, and 13, by the way. He has always had amusing things to say too.

Aww! I can't imagine a child's first words involving LotR... that is too cute.
Yeah, I've had plenty of crazy movie marathons... my 16-year-old nephew and I are notorious for them whenever we get together. Our most recent one was 7 straight hours (through the night) of Dr Who. That was/is one of the greatest memories for me ever.

At the age of three or four I had him trained to identify all the members of the Fellowship, plus Galadriel and Arwen. It really was adorable.
Wow, 7 hours of Dr. Who? That would be amazing. I haven't done anything like that in many years now... highschool got so busy, and college is even worse. It would be fun to do sometime...
