It's been a while since I feel so completely in love with a song. And the funny thing is, I've been listening to this song on and off for close to two years, but it never really "hit me" until yesterday.

Ah, that song was played at a funeral of a young man I attended several years ago. It impacted me then, and it's power and message are still very real to me now. Besides that, any Switchfoot songs seem to hold new meaning for me everytime I listen to them.

I avoided Switchfoot as much as possible for years, because they said some things I didn't agree with, but now I'm finally actually letting up and starting to realize that *gasp* I like them.
